Important Notice under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms of Service purports to modify, restrict, or exclude any statutory consumer rights or guarantees provided to you by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

1. Online Store & General Conditions

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence. You may not use our premium pieces for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for legitimate commercial reasons at any time.

2. Pricing and Product Information

Currency & Taxes: All prices displayed on saltkora.store are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include the Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable, in accordance with the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999.
Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any item or service at any time.

3. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order you place with us. This includes orders placed under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you via the premium support channels at contact@saltkora.store.

4. Consumer Guarantees & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the ACL):

Saltkora’s liability for breach of any consumer guarantee which cannot be legally excluded is limited, at our choice, to the replacement, repair, or full refund of the digital transaction.
We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, or completely error-free due to the nature of digital ecosystems.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You are strictly prohibited from using the site or its premium content:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
To violate any international, federal, state, or territory regulations, rules, or local laws.
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property of others.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales (NSW), Australia, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
